Changing primers can and often will cause changes in the load characteristics. The best thing you can do is buy more of what you developed that load with, and keep everything the same. If you wish to try another primer with that load, I would advise you to start over and see how it works. There may be no change at all, or there may be a change that would have caused problems if you had simply substituted as you asked about. Be safe........
