In the 8 months that I've been here the only questions I see ignored are the ones that are confusing or only ask part of a question or ask none at all but want some sort of answer. Ask a direct question and get a direct answer. There is no such thing as a stupid question but there is such a thing as a confusing one and poeople will ignore a question if they aren't sure what's even being asked.

Any technical questions a person has should be asked in the tech section and they'll get a good response.
