I really don't think its the PGC position to do anything. While yes lots of deer area dying, it seems to be extremely localized. I think it should be the local indivuals who should know whether or not thier area can take more deer being killed. I feel bad for those affected, but at this point in time its either find a place that still has deer, or take the hit and not shoot one in the affected areas. Good luck, it's got to be rough to deal with.
