Go to a fish market and watch the real pro's do their craft if you want to be impressed. You will notice that all of them use a normal but razor sharp filet knife. I wouldn't jump to using a cheap electric bread knife just because one guy claims it is the way to go. (nor would I use a regular filet knife on the ravings of one lone fisherman) My uncle in law grew up in new england and paid for college by doing a lot of fish cleaning. You would be amazed at how fast and well he cleans a fish with a filet knife.
