You should pull the stock on the Omega. Sucks I know. I had to do it with my Omega because it got pretty dirty under the barrel. After I upgraded to 25 ACP ignition I could let it slide a little. Once I have sighted in prior to season I don't pull the stock till the season is over with any muzzleloader. I also don't pull the scope (I use QR rings). Once the season is over I do a total clean.
