I shoot long range fairly often. Out to the 60 yd butt at our club and out to 150 yds or so when roving. Amazing how well you can close in a target at 150 yds once you get the range down, especially when you consider you're releasing the arrow on something of a 45 degree angle. One of my best long range shots was a 50 yd heart shot on a groundhog. (Despite several more attempts at other varmits, I haven't been able to repeat that though.)

It's alot of fun to watch a wood arrow sail through the sky like that.
