I've learned one thing about the deer I hunt. They stage at different areas on their way "home". If I don't get to stand (at my best morning spot) a couple of hours before sunrise......I'd rather stay home than alert them to my presence.

So....opening morning....I'll be in my tree around 4:30. I can promise you the nap will be heavenly, though!
