Default RE: Hunting over feeders, is it legal in your state?

Baiting to my knowledge is not allowed in Washington state or Montana, the two states that I hunt in.

Cabela's sure sells a lot of different kinds and feeds. Personally I don't know that it would work for Elk hunting since their range is so much broader than a white tail, although I have seen salt licks in use that elk come in to.

Heck the so-called animal lovers in Washington voted to outlaw hunting cougars and bears with dogs.. and now their populations are exploding. They also voted to outlaw gripping traps of any kind for any animal. The funny part is it applies to not so happy fuzzy creatures like moles.... so the animal lovers have to live with moles digging up their lawns on their million dollar McMansions...hahahahahahahahahaha!
