I've seen expert and novice thrown around and the determing factor is rack size.

Is a guy any more anexpert because he gets permission/ownsa small piece ofland and plants food plots, feeds the deer supplements doesn't allow anyone on the land, then the guy that carries a long bow doesn't use any modern toys hunts public land and shoots whatever he wants.

What right do you have to change the way the second guy hunts?
