Charles Daly/KBI is still in business. I bought one, CD FH 20ga, about 4+ years on a whim. So far it has held up better than I expected. I got over 20 cases of shells run thru it and it is still shooting strong. Never had a single malfunction of any kind yet. I did break the oerating handle, but it was my fault, as I had it in the bed of my truck and something fell on it and broke it off. I called CD and they sent me2 new oneswithin a week at no charge. If it fell apart tomorrow I got my $250 worth out of it and then some, so I have no regrets about buying it.
