I use a sharp utility knife first and then steel wool to get the rest. I’m sure there are better ways, but it seems to work for me… It still takes a couple of minutes per arrow…
I did what he said and it does work but that is a thing of the past.
It use to be hard for me taking fletches off too but I found out about wraps and now I don't worry about using a knife or fletch stripper. I just take a the wrap off and all the fletches come with it, then clean it with alcohol. I recommend using a wrap because of what I mention and i found out that when I fletch, thevanes seem to stick better with a wrap on plus your arrow will look prettier.
