I appreciate your help doc098, but I do not live in Texas. I was born there yes, but I live in Connecticut. And my 38# is a traditional bow, not a compound. This place I have found is perfect but they have complex regulations which I need to visit there place, just to check with them. I mean, I won't be hunting Turkey anytime soon, but I still want to prepare.
