I don't believe I said AR and QDMA were oneand the same.In fact I know I didn't.QDMA members and most everyone else believes they are not oneand the same.
The gentleman that I spoke of initiated the antler restriction program,with much support from around the region as well as the DEC.All of this was done before he was a QDMA member.
I am not going to defend or debate a premise that I did not make!
