Is the launcher arm hitting the shelf of your bow?

I have a Ripcord and have felt the same slight slop, but I don't think that is the problem.

I think the major portion of noise comes from the arm hitting the shelf, especially if you only have a piece of moleskin on the shelf to silence the arm.

I went ahead and bought the new Limbsaver Fall-Away pad and arrow holder. I didn't use the arrow holder, but indeed installed the pad on top of a new piece of moleskin I placed upon the shelf of my bow.

This seemed to dramatically reduce the noise from the Ripcord.
