Default Downside to the MZE??

So I've had it on a week or two now and a friend pointed this out. The swing arm sits behind the riser creating the effect of being an overdraw. The farther the head of the arrow is away from the grip the more magnified or farther off a slight cant or torque will be. As it is on my bow now, the arrow hook is on the arm farthest back (away from the riser).

Could I improve my patterns and reduce the effect of a slight cant or torque by moving it up(closest to the riser)? Anyone have any issues with this so far? My shooting improved dramatically just putting it on, but looking for the best possible performance.
