I understand the zip ties, maybe not that tight though. Those are obviously on there to prevent the customer from drawing the bow, and thus the possibility of a dry fire. It's also a liablity. If that same customer were, by chance, to get hold of an arrow....You see where that may be going.....

Every time we do an offsite demonstration or something, we have all of our bows ziptied....

Not that they couldn't have a knife and cut said zip tie, but hey......

Having a good relationship is as valuable as a good relationship with your butcher.....Friends don't generally hose friends.....
