People's eyes are different and what works for some is impossible for others, but I'd say NO. You'd be far better off to just get a peep with a larger aperture rather than a one of those bright type peeps. I tried one and it totally wiped out everything in front of it. I could barely see my pins, much less anything to shoot at.
And it was even worse when shooting in bright sunlight!
On one of my bows I use a 1/4" peep with an Archers Choice Grizzly sight and can see well enough to still be shooting in the evening when it's gotten so dark everyone else has had to pack up and quit.
