how do you tune a striker tip?? i made a few that are worthy of being used this year and after calling with them they got glass and slatek all over the tips and lost their great sound...do i just sand it off or what?? they sounded so sweet now they are a bit sqeeky....any help?? thanx..i have a few that did that to me...i think its because i always forget to wipe the call off after i sand the surface and itgets all in the wood...im going to have to start remembering...
