I am actually in north eastern New Mexico now, about 50 miles north of Tucumcari.The twodogs are not hunters, I train them for Search and Rescue with a group out of Amarillo TX, and every year the group has snake aversion training. Just my luck I joined afterthe man hadbeen last year, and I believe he is coming to the Amarillo Bird Dog Club (?) in August or September. I'll either have to find someone to take them to before then, or they will have to spenda lot of time indoors until he comes. You'd think they'dlearn, but now one of them is feeling much betterthe first thing she does when she gets outside is look for that snake.
