I typically don't know the age of someone posting here unless it is someone like Dan or one of the other regular contributors that routinely mentions their age.
Wisdom comes from experience,experience can be gained in different time periods depending upon time spent in the field and the correct interpretation of what is encountered in the field.
I think for everyone it is better to listen and take information in than to believe themselves to be an authority,the old two ears and one mouth expression,meaning we should listen twice as much as we talk.I believe a younger person has to go about his or her interaction more cautiously to be taken seriously or to be given their due.There is a bias toward people believing with age comes experience and wisdom.I personally don't care how old someone is,if they know what they are talking about!
