steve, what is funny, the dcnr people i talk to HAVE seen COUGAR but PGC people never do....
doesnt that sound a little strange?
What would be strange is thinking the the 100's of people that are or have worked for the PGC would be in on a conspiracy as complete as you think.
And why can't you get a posse of your "born hunting crew" to get proof.
