Thanks. I spoke to my Father in law again and he said that they couldn't get within 800 yards of it due to all of the water. It is over the gas tank on a Honda Foreman, and they tried several different ways to get to it. I am sure that it is wet possibly completely under. The earliest that I can get it is next weekend, hopefully it won't be to late. I know that from now on I will be hanging them high and angled down.
