i did report the sighting to federal gov,they have site set upbut i cant seem to find it right now..
strange thing about it is,sighting seem to be in 1 area for say this summer,then i dont hear anything again from that area..
it gets all quiet..
like farmer in hyner,pa..he saw cougar many times and wco did investigate but could not find any info..yet farmer saw it many times and relatives too...this farmer i know and if he saw COUGAR it was COUGAR...
now, he does not see it anymore...
so, cats must be moving around,state to state,thats my guess...

i can only assume that they are moving around,here and there,i dont know...

douge, i only gave miles of 500 because someone on here that had info stated they have been known to travel that far..

how do you know they go 300 miles?

douge, you would not believe the number ofDCNR employees that have seen one..they tell me they have seen them but PGC seems to never see one...
