The Timber co. Made a good deal on their part. Timber prices are low right now andthis tractcan be cut at anytime over the coarse of the 3 yr contract. However, i am no dummy with their game.
Contract states no more than 33% can be cut per year.
If they decide not to cut they can't cut no more than this at year 3.
it was sold as an estimated present and future value including hunting rights.
I think i did well getting more than 50% of the value of the land and having 50 % replanted in pines.

Loading Decks must be completly clean within 6 months

200yd width on main road must have all stumps and debris removed within6 months of inital harvest.
