Latest out on this, dude had done hard time in Kansas for 2d degree murder.....you never know whats under the bushes.Open carry is legal in Colorado and CCW's are easy to get.For years, we have never gone to brush without a side arm! I pray to God I never have to use one.....still....

If he did time for murder, then he's a convicted felon. No way he could ever carry legally.
