The payout for the amature classes is based on the 10 dollars from the entry fee that goes to that fund. It is then split between the top twenty places or top 20% of the class. So if there are only 100 shooters in a class that is only 1000 to be split between the top 20 places. Which isn't a lotbut that was what was decided. ASA has a differnet schedule for funding the purse for the payout.
