Last fall I planted several strips of seven top turnips and have been real pleased with how the deer are hitting them. Especially now that the ground is covered with snow. They are digging the green plants up like mad.

Has anyone had experience with spinach and carrots for deer. I have heard that these plants are good fall and spring forage plants for deer and are high in protein.
