The big deal is it is a big push in the direction in pay to hunt! It is not like the are buying open ground for building on. They are buying good hunting ground to sell to people for hunt clubs and out of state hunters. It all just sounds like good reality money until you go over to the old farmers house to get your slip signed for free and he says sorry cabelas owns it now and you have to book a hunt with them. Maybe he will tell you a group of rich folks now own his land and it is full of no trespassing signs. What they are doing is making it easier for rich people to hunt and hard for the little man to find property to hunt.
