Ive heard horror stories for just about every bow manufacturer out there, from deffects to performance issues to costumer service problems. If the bow you purchased wasdeffected at time of purchase, the dealer should take it back for a full refund, or bowtechshould fix it and have it shooting the way it should. It may take a little temper and throwing a bit of a hissy fit but sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do to get what you want. I promise you that the last thing a dealer or manufacturer wants these days is to loose business.
