I would go with a 2x7x33, seeing how you are putting it on a lightweight rifle.Just as well keep it as light as possible. I used to use 3x9 and 3x10 on my deer rifles years ago,put a 2x7 on about 10yrs ago,and have put 3 on since. Zeak
