Oakwoods, Get an auger from the hardware or whereever you get the point and pipe. Get drive couplings. Auger down as far as you can, it will save a lot of work with the driver. Depends on the type of soil you have, but you may not have to go that deep. Make sure you get 3or4 feet of water over (above) your point. Use a string with nut on the end (not refering to you)< humor. Northern tool has hand pumps for about 30.bucks.
