Sorry to hear about you bad exprerience. It looks like BowTech Shooter may be able to clear things up for you.
I have luckily never had to deal with any issues on any of my bows except an AR I had once that had a limb split. Took some time, but they gave me a brand new bow. Not too bad.
Usually, my pro shop makes everything good. Never had any issues w/ my Mathews though!
I have never owned a Bowtech, but here all nice things. My buddy has a Justice & Tribute and loves them. No problems... yet! I hope everything works out for you.
