RE: BOWTECH... NEVER AGAIN !!
I'm having a warranty repair taken care of on my Diamond, (by Bowtech), right now. I left the bow with the dealer a couple of weeks ago and should have it back this week. I would have had it back already but for an accident at the shop. I have called Bowtech a couple of times to talk with the warranty and customer service departments. I was always given the info I was after and treated with courtesy. Yes my bow had a problem,(split limb), but what manufacturer doesn't have an occasional problem? As far as who shoots what in compitition ,well, I could care less. I'll continue to shoot what feels good to me not what someone is paid to shoot through a sponsorship deal. And some manufacturers pay alot more to have people shoot thier bows than others do. Sorry about your problem with Bowtech but after having dealings with them in the past couple of weeks I have to wonder how your end of the conversation went. EDIT: I also wonder why, if on the day of purchase, you and the dealer noticed the problem, well, why did you ever leave the store with that bow?
