I'm leaning toward the uninsulated a little too big so I could layer with long underwear top, long sleeve tee, and heavy sweat shirt during cold November hunts in Minnesota. However, I'm not sure that would keep me warm late season.
This is exactly how I do it, and have never had a problem down to the 'teens sitting on stand.
