I've been following your threads. I think your best bet would be to buy a climber. Since you only plan on buying one stand.
That way you can move it around from location to location.
As for a good "cheap" stand, umm....I bought one of the cheap climbers from Wal-mart two years ago and its one of the more comfortable climbers I've ever had. It is also very sturdy and noise free. I can't remebmer who makes it... It may be Hunters View or something like that?
