Lanse, I am not going to tempt fate. It's not worth it if it goes against you. The wording of the regs is wrong. How many times has the DNR used confusing wording like this against people? It cannot even be called a technicality. The wording of "licensed handgun" is something that doesn't even exist in OH. (legally)

The ironic thing is the ODNR doesn't even acknowledge this is worded incorrectly. You cannot outlaw something that doesn't exist, even in Ohio. My problem with the whole thing is a individual is required to know the law while those who write them are ignorant of it.
