Default RE: Any one using a Benders No-Glov

I like Damascus gloves (wear out too quick though), deerskin or goatskin gloves, the old Bear Archery Mfg. glove (no longer made, but you might find one here or there), and the Alaska Archery Superglove (so far, so good--a bugger to get broke in though). There is a catch--don't buy any "over the counter" glove unless you can try it on first. Every brand I have ever used varied, some a whole lot, even though they were marked the same size. Get one that fits really snug when new, because it will stretch. If it fits new, it will be loose when you get it broke in. Thinking hard about ordering a glove from American Leathers--custom made to fit your hand--but I got to take time and ask Lamb and Shrewshooter more about them. I want one that lets me feel the string, and I don't know if the Bigshot or Slickshot are thin enough for that.

As for the No-Glove, are you referring to that rubber thingy that you put on the string? I used one on my son's bow when he first started shooting, but that is a lot of weight to put on the string and will slow it down some.
