Eliminate the source of the noise, don't just put a band-aid on it.

Remove quiver brackets, check cam timing, have a pro shop go over it. It might mean getting a different bow. Beware of quiet bows that require super light arrows (<350gr) to generate any speed (>270fps). Lower efficiency bows are tend to be quieter than energy efficient bows. JMHO
