By the way, peeps are very fast. They may even be faster and easier than the open sights. Use what you're comfortable with. Peeps do take a little getting used to but that takes all of about 1 box of shells. If you want to stay with open sights I haven't really found any better than the factory sights. The Williams sights are way too small for my eyes. You might give the Marble's a try. I haven't tried them yet so I don't know what they're like.
