Well I fired the last 100 rounds for break in yesterday. This time I tried some remington 230 hollow points. Out of 100 rounds I had 2 FTF. And that happened when I was not holding the gun very steady so I attribute it to that. I think this ones a keeper.
I have to disagree here. I have had a few 45's, lots of 9mm, 40's, 357sigs, and out of the thousands and thousands of rounds, possibly more, I only had maybe10 feeding/ejecting problems. New or used, broke in or not. And a few of those was my reloading mistakes or weak loads.
I dont' understand what could be causing your FTF. Stovepipes, could be bad ejection, or weak ammo. Is there a dimple where the firing pin hit the primer?
