I hope by now these guys have you straightened out about your 40 yard fantansies and what to expect at that range, now that aside lets answer your question of a new bow rig or a new blind.

Unless you truly do have an old out dated rig which wouldn't even compare to most of todays rigs then I wouldn't worry about it. IF you do a lot of turkey hunting them buy the DB blind, I promise it will be one of THE best investments you ever make for the Spring. However, if the DB blind if for deer hunting then I would strongly suggest you save the money and spend it on other gear which would be a LOT more effectiveagainstwhitetail than ANY pop-up blind will be. Deer do NOT like blinds and the odds of spooking and educating them are FAR easier when hunting from a blind. I can't stress the importance of a properly located elevated stand over ANY ground location.
