For now, just save them whole. (unless you really want to gut them)
I'm saving bread bags and other recycleable (sp?) baggies to put the fish in, so they don't freeze into a solid block. (not that frozen carp blocks are bad, but I probably can't lift'em out of the freezer.)
Algore should be paying me carp re-cycling credits.
The carp out of Evergreen and Clinton should be perfect. They're clean water fish and a nice smaller size.
Some of the folks might down for the Bloomington dog show. So we'd better hit the water!
