Also in a similar position so I went out last night and after going through everything in the under $600 range it came down to two bows, a Ross Archery 33xx?, and the Bear Truth. Finally picked the Truth, just felt a little better andliked the looks/colors a little more,but honestly,almost anyof the bowswould have made me happy.They all seemed VERY similar in feeland light yearsahead of my old deer hunting package bow. Tried the top of the line models of each line but too expensive and just didn't seem worth the money. Law of diminishing returns aptly applies to bows.Good luck with whatever you choose.
