If your load is in the 1600 to 1700fps range, your 2" high at 25 will put you in the 4 to 6 inches high at 100. To be close at 100 you may need to sight in about .25 to .5 high at 25. If the load is around 1400fps, you would need to be about .75 to 1 inch high at 25 to be close at 100. Not having all the load info makes this an estimate but it should be close enough to get you on paper.
