I have owned a buckmark and a ruger single six (the one with different cylinders you can shoot 22 mags with). Both were great guns I have no problems suggesting to someone.

I have also owned a 357, 9mm and a 45. I'll be honest I had a lot more fun shooting the rimfires. I don't own a handgun anymore but I have eyeballing one of those Walther P22's.
