Jeff - FYI, If they're active duty, and have leave papers they can get a resident lisencse in any state.

"Almost" any state. My actual home state of Missouri doesn't allow that. Only active duty Military stationed in Missouri can get a resident license. Jerks. Last year I paid $150.00 for a deer tag
