Based on what I know I would have to say that overall the Germans had the best weapons across the board. MG 42 MG, and the ME 262 jet fighter good examples. We were lucky that some of their more advanced ones, like the sturmgevher (?) assault rifle were not mass produced.
Their tanks were much better as well.
And their Heavy Artillery Guns were bigger also!
