RE: Setting up Decoys, How I did it.

I'm sure you heard of the " love triangle " this set up works really good in the early season when breeding is at it's peak.
Put one jake decoy about 10 to 15 yards in front of your blind with the decoy facing you and set two hens on each side of the jake about 20 yards facing the other way.
During the mid season you'll want to use more hens , maybe four at the most with a " bubba strut " decoy in the middle of them.
As the breeding season comes to the end and most toms are henned up , try a breeding pair decoy or use one feeding hen and place it on the ground and put a jake on top of the hen by the tail end of it.
Use diffrent types of set ups for diffrent times of the season , using decoys will work most of the time but then there are those times when just plain calling will bring them in.
