The Wisconsin Natural Resources Board (NR Board) sets policy for the Department of Natural Resources.
Jackrabbits are different than snowshoe hare though. There's a separate season for them. Never hunted jackrabbit before, but I've heard they can really smoke and run WAAAY out there!
