Carbon, it does everything an aluminum arrow does but does it alot better.
Passthru u are wrong!If you are shooting say, 25yds or less then you can't beat a heavier aluminum arrow,but if you are shooting farther than 25yds, I'd shoot carbons because they are more flat shooting but,they have less kinetic energy it's all personal preference.
